All unwanted goods should be returned by post within 21 days of purchase via our returns page, original shipping charges are non-refundable. All items should be in its original packaging, unused with all tags and security seals attached. Any hoods which include gags or mouthpieces that are returned to us is subject to a £25.00 re-stocking fee.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for toys and accessories for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or faulty this included items such as gags and/or any items you insert (excluding hoods which include gags or mouthpieces).

RUDAKUNI is moving into a sustainable lifestyle and all orders are now paperless but rest assured you have been given a recyclable QR code card to scan and begin your returns process.

All return costs are solely covered by the clients, we recommend purchasing signed and tracked shipping as we are unable to provide refunds for any items not received.

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order and we will be more than happy to help.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note we do not ship standard delivery on weekends and any orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day unless express delivery.

For non UK international customers, the prices quoted may not include all your import duties or local sales taxes, these may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please note: RUDAKUNI does not cover the cost of duties & taxes. For more information please contact your local customs office.
